- Meals: Noon meals ($10.00) are prepared and served in the dining room and are available Monday thru Friday, and a box lunch on Saturday. Residents sign up a week in advance for meals and may take as many or as few meals as they wish.

- Guest Room: For a fee of $75 per night, residents’ out of town family members may reserve and use this room while visiting. Pets are not allowed in the Guest Room.
- Bertelsen Hall (Community Room): For large family gatherings, residents may use this room by simply reserving it in advance. There is a refundable $25 deposit for reserving Bertelsen Hall.

- Transportation: Our apartments are located on the city bus line. We also offer a van service that is used for bi-weekly trips to Festival for grocery shopping .
